Faultless, from the support on the way down, from start to finish. A fantastic holiday with enough wiggly bits to satisfy Steve and enough gentle slopes for Karen! You have been excellent hosts, the food has been outstanding, the cups of tea essential and the wine relaxing! Tank you for taking us out every day, we would have missed so much without your fantastic tour guides and photo spots. You have a very lovely home, wishing you both well for the future. As always when visiting somewhere new we arrived with anticipation, not sure of what to expect, well you proved the most exceptional hosts, from the moment of meeting you we were made to feel welcome, nothing has been too much trouble from the exhilarating rides to wondrous places to the fabulous gourmet meals each night. What a great way to spend seven days in France. 1st class accommodation, food, super-wonderful hosts. We leave today, with a heavy heart, dinner tonight in La Rochelle and onto Cherbourg, home by the weekend. All our love and best wishes to Pete & Chris “safe riding” Stephen and Irene, Liverpool.
We had an idea of what to expect because we‘ve done this type of trip before, but this time it was so relaxing! Chris & Pete are fantastic hosts, the food was brilliant, upstairs fantastic. Te weather could have been kinder but it did not stop us going to fabulous places. Relaxing evening meals, great conversation, and wonderful stories. Thank you both, best wishes and enjoy France. Well, what a nightmare! First off, all this proper food like salads and veg not from a tin, then you get on the road with Pete, and all the roads are twisty and it wears the edges off your tyres you’ve been saving! What can we say---- an absolutely fantastic week we’ve had! Wonderful people, beautiful house, amazing meals and out of this world trips round France. We’ve had such a great time- we bought the tee-shirt! Thank you so much for having us and making us feel part of the family. Hope to see you n 2008.
